Course Benefits
Upon completing the Fraud Associate Course, the certified graduate will have gained basic knowledge of telecoms fraud, fraud incentives, fraud types and fraudster types.
Graduates will understand the effects of fraud on telecom operators, the evolution of fraud detection, and the strategies to tackle the various types of fraud. They will also gain knowledge of the role of fraud management within the telecom organization and of common fraud-management methods.
