Alon Aginsky – President, CEO and Founder
Alon Aginsky assumed the lead role at cVidya Networks with over 20 years of management and marketing experience in the telecommunications, software development and network management industries.
Prior to cVidya, Mr. Aginsky served as Vice President of Business Development and Business Alliances at C. Mer Industries, where he was responsible for new ventures in telco customer care, billing, and network-management solutions. He was also Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Mer Telemanagement Solutions (NASDAQ: MTSL), where he was responsible for the company’s global marketing and sales efforts. In this capacity, Mr. Aginsky successfully led the public offering of MTS on NASDAQ.
A born entrepreneur who also helps young startups grow and prosper, Mr. Aginsky holds a BA in Business Administration from New York Technology University.

Ronen Tanami – COO
Ronen Tanami joined cVidya in 2006 to lead the development and delivery of cVidya products. He brings to cVidya extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, with over 20 years of solid managerial, business and technological experience. Prior to joining cVidya, Mr. Tanami served in several senior positions in Amdocs (NASDAQ: DOX), including Regional Executive, tier-1 Customer Site Manager, Business Development Director for the UK, and Manager of Software Development and Implementation projects. Prior to Amdocs, Mr. Tanami served as a VP of a leading software house developing solutions for the forwarding industry.
Mr. Tanami holds an M.Sc. in Physics, a B.Sc. in Physics and Computer Science, and an MBA in Technological Management.

Ron Halpern, Executive Vice President of Global Sales
Mr. Ron Halpern is an accomplished senior executive in the telecommunications and software industries. He comes to cVidya with over 20 years of experience in senior executive sales management positions covering strategic sales, software marketing and operations, and sale of services and core/access/enterprise networks to service providers and enterprises worldwide.
Prior to joining cVidya, Mr. Halpern held executive and senior management roles, including Executive Vice President of International Sales at Genband, Vice President of Sales and Client Business Executive at Amdocs, and Vice President of Sales at Orckit Communications.
Mr. Halpern has a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics and Electro Optical Engineering (Magna Cum Laude).

Amit Daniel – Executive Vice President of Marketing and Business Development
Amit is heading the marketing, product management and business development in cVidya. Prior to joining cVidya, Amit worked in Starhome for the last 12 years as VP Marketing & Business Development and prior to that as Director of Product Management in which Amit was responsible for various product offerings and roadmap throughout the product lifecycle. Amit brings to cVidya rich market and product experience from Golden Lines, an international telecommunication provider, where she served as Director for International Carrier Relations for America, Asia and Western Europe. Amit has 17 years of experience in the Communications and Telecom industry, serving in various marketing, commercial and customer-facing positions. Amit holds a B.A and an MBA in International marketing and finance.

Ron Aplboim, VP Finance
Ron leads cVidya’s finance and commercial operations, bringing to this role his vast experience in the reporting, compliance, accounting and tax fields, specializing in multinational hi-tech companies.
Prior to joining cVidya, Ron was Director of Finance at ECtel Ltd. (NASDAQ: ECTX), where he headed the Compliance, Reporting and Accounting Group. Prior to ECtel Ltd., Ron gained eight years of experience at Ernst & Young Israel (the largest accounting firm in the country) as Senior Audit Manager of multinational hi-tech firms. Ron was responsible for more than 30 hi-tech companies, including publicly traded ones on NASDAQ, AIM and the Israeli Stock Exchange, and privately held and startup companies.
Ron is a Certified Public Accountant (Israel), and has a B.A in Accounting (with honors) and Economics from Tel-Aviv University.

Hezi Zelevski – Vice President Corporate Development
Hezi Zelevski is responsible for business development and M&A Strategy in cVidya.
Prior to joining cVidya, Mr. Zelevski was AVP Marketing and Business Development at ECtel Ltd.’s (NASDAQ: ECTX) heading the marketing and product strategy for its fraud management and revenue assurance solutions. Prior to ECtel Mr. Zelevski served as Director and department manager for Revenue Assurance at Cellcom (NYSE: CEL). Mr. Zelevski brings to cVidya extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, with over 15 years of managerial, operation and business development experience.
Mr. Zelevski holds an a BA. in Economics and Statistics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Dr. Gadi Solotorevsky – CTO
Dr. Gadi Solotorevsky is a specialist in the field of revenue assurance, with years of experience developing and deploying these solutions. He is a member of the TM Forum’s Advisory Council, the Chair of its RA Team, and one of the authors of TR131 and GB941.
Dr. Solotorevsky holds a B.Sc., from the Hebrew University, and an M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Ben Gurion University. He wrote several scientific papers on Distributed Artificial Intelligence and Resource Allocation.

Natan Krisi – VP R&D
With more than 10 years of vast experience in software development, telecom networking and billing systems, Natan Krisi brings to cVidya management qualities and profound technological insight.
Prior to cVidya, Mr. Krisi worked at C. Mer Industries, where he managed the development and integration of large-scale projects of network management solutions for DSL environments. He was also responsible for the integration of the NMS development with leading IP billing solutions. Prior to C. Mer, he worked for several years at Amdocs as a senior software engineer and account manager, where he gained extensive technical knowledge in software development and networking. In 1992, Mr. Krisi cofounded MMLM, a company offering accounting solutions for vertical markets.

Gal Sperber General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Ms Gal Sperber joined cVidya in January 2010, following the acquisition by cVidya of ECtel Ltd, as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the merged group. She brings to cVidya extensive experience as legal counsel to high-technology companies. Prior to joining cVidya, Ms Sperber served as the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of ECtel Ltd. a public company which was traded on the NASDAQ. Prior to that, she worked for a leading Israeli law firm, providing services to Israeli high-tech companies where her practice concentrated on high-tech transactions, including financings, licensing and commercial transactions as well as advising on a broad range of issues facing the high-tech industry. Ms Sperber holds a LL.B. and B.A. in Economics from the Hebrew University and is a member of the Israeli Bar.

Daniel Shalom - VP Customer Delivery
Daniel Shalom joined cVidya in 2004 and he assumes overall responsibility for all projects global delivery across the company full product range.
Prior to joining cVidya Daniel worked in Golden Lines (one of the biggest International carriers and ISPs in Israel) and then in MCI WorldCom, where he was responsible for Presales and Delivery for Global Data and Internet Solutions, including responsibility for multi million $ complex solutions for enterprises and Telco operations (wholesale).
Daniel holds a BA in Business Management with Telecoms and IT markets expertise.

Kalmi Eventov - VP Customer Service & Support
Mr. Kalmi Eventov is senior executive in the telecommunications industry with over 20 years of experience in the international market. He is responsible for leading the Customer Care, Training, QA and Infrastructure departments. Prior to joining cVidya, Mr. Eventov served in several senior positions in Amdocs (NASDAQ: DOX), including Sales Engineering Director, Business Development, Software Development, Delivery and Implementation of large projects. Mr. Eventov brings with him vast experience in delivering software projects to telecommunications companies as well as sales and strategic business experience.
Mr. Eventov has a Bachelor degree of Computer Science and Economics from Ben Guryion University in the Negev.

Iris Abrahami – VP HR
Ms. Iris Abrahami joined cVidya in 2007 to lead its HR department. With over 16 years of experience in HR management, Ms. Abrahami has led the HR related activities of the merger with ECtel in 2010, and the expedited global HR growth that followed. Before joining cVidya, Ms. Abrahami served as an HR consultant to various start-ups and high-tech companies advising on HR issues and processes. Prior to that, she worked for a leading Israeli recruitment and staffing firm providing services to Israeli high-tech companies, heading a recruitment department and managing strategic accounts. Ms. Abrahami holds an MSPC in Organizational Communication and Human Resources from Clark University, Israeli Branch and a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from Tel-Aviv University.
