Course Benefits
Upon completion of the Revenue Assurance Associate Course, the certified graduate will be proficient in key areas of revenue assurance, as well as fundamentals of telephony, data analysis techniques, processes, and organization.
The certified graduate will have the knowledge and skills required to detect, analyze, fix, and reclaim revenue leakages, as well as measure and report on the financial impact of revenue-assurance findings.
